Deposit
We require a deposit of £10.00 per person per night either by sending a cheque made payable to Victoria House or making payment over the phone with a debit/credit card.
Cancellation charges
More than 29 days prior to the date of your stay - fully refundable
Between 15 days and 28 days prior to the date of your stay - 50% of deposit retained
Under 15 days - 100% of deposit retained
If the room is re-let, the deposit will be returned in full less £5 to cover administrative costs.
Check in and check out times
Check in time is after 3pm and check out time is by 11am unless an alternative time has been arranged by prior agreement.
